AgroHaat is an online e-commerce platform that facilitates the buying and selling of agricultural products and supplies. Both sellers and buyers must register with accurate information. Once an order is confirmed, the seller is responsible for dispatching the product within the specified time.

• Delivery Time

Delivery Timeframe:
- Inside Dhaka: Maximum 5 working days
- Outside Dhaka: Maximum 10 working days
However, this may vary depending on the type of product, location, and delivery method. Any delay will be communicated to the buyer in advance.

• Refund

If the buyer can prove that the wrong product was delivered or the product is defective, a refund request may be made under certain conditions. The refund process may take up to 7 to 10 working days to complete.

• Return

Products are returnable under the following conditions:
- Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery
- The product must not be opened, used, or damaged
- The product must be returned with original packaging and invoice

• After-Sales Service

• Other Provisions
